In Connection, We Thrive
My approach is collaborative, affirming, and deeply rooted in the belief that everyone deserves the opportunity to engage fully in their lives and communities. Whether you’re struggling with executive functioning, sensory regulation, emotional wellness, or finding balance in your daily routines, our work together will focus on building strategies that fit you—your values, your strengths, and your goals.
At the heart of my practice is a commitment to belonging and dignity. I recognize the impact of systems, environment, and lived experience on health and well-being. I strive to create a space where you feel seen, respected, and empowered to define what thriving looks like on your own terms.
Together, we’ll explore meaningful activities, strengthen daily functioning, and foster the confidence and skills to navigate life more effectively. You don’t have to do it alone. Let’s co-create a path that helps you show up more fully—to yourself, and to the communities that matter most to you.
I offer services in-office and via secure telehealth. In select cases, community-based or in-home visits may be available based on clinical need and location. Currently, I accept private pay while completing the credentialing process with insurance providers. Superbills can be provided upon request for potential reimbursement.
